UPS Standard - 9 EUR (3-6 business days)
Orders within the European Union are shipped with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that the receiver will not have to pay for any additional import charges upon delivery.

ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after placing your order. Please note that during peak times, confirmation times may take up to 4 days.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. This email will contain carrier and tracking information for your package.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We strive to deliver your purchased item/items as soon as possible. The vast majority of our orders will be shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will usually be shipped the next business day.

Your order will be processed once the transaction is complete. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. This email will contain transport and tracking information for your package. Please note that delivery times are only guidelines and start from the shipping date. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays that we are not responsible for.

RETURNS
Items purchased on our website are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us at info@peteame.com to request a return, including your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation along with a return label.
The item(s) must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order using the provided label.
A return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we cannot refund any duties or taxes paid to clear customs, and all returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
